BTW, can't the new account owner just buy a handle change for the account, and then can't you just get back your old handle (maybe after a little bit of time passes?) and then everything is back to "normal"?

Yup, he changed the handle and moniker, etc. I may look to reaquire Blind Owl eventually. For now OwlBeBack is fine, lol.
