Harry, when the Dream Air comes out (supposed to be ) please do pop in and keep us appraised of your adventure. I presume you’re using a gaming laptop, which everyone warns against. I love seeing people vanquish expectations.
What do you plan for controllers? Do you both fly and fight FPS and do you use the same controls for both?
I’m planning to downsize my home to something tiny. I haven’t figured out yet but if what you use works, I have no presumptions against the same. I have been thinking VR is key to avoiding the space of a big screen, but that a small screen would be wise to use the computer or other things and for others to watch if they like. Seems a gaming laptop might work given it is sufficiently powerful, and there are some laptops that totally scream.
Do you plan to use a desk or a chair?
From what I am reading, the MSI Katana 15 HX cannot only power the Dream Air SE (with the lower graphics requirements), but can actually power the standard Dream Air. Since both Pimax and the Katana are sold at K-Mart, I’m wondering if I can get them to connect up and DL Star Citizen. I guess we’ll see in April.
