PSA - EMP is back

I was able to take out my Warlock and my Raven this morning, and EMP appears to be back.

The Warlock is able to fire off an EMP and then needs 60 seconds to charge back up & fire off the next EMP.

The Raven only needs **15 seconds** to charge back up after firing its EMP.

Both ships, the guns work after firing the charge, but the shields do go down. I can see this as a game mechanic where you would most likely have a team of several ships, and the EMP would go in and try to disable as many or all the ships as possible, while the teammates would then destroy the threats and disable any ships they wanted to steal from.

The Raven would still be a big threat 1-on-1.

S4 EMP has 3800 distortion damage, the S2 EMP has 1800 distortion damage, that still is 3600 distortion damage combined for the Raven.
S4 EMP has a radius of 1200 m while the radius of the S2 is 750 m, sounds fair.
S4 EMP has a cooldown of 25 seconds, S2 EMP has a cooldown of 12 seconds, charge time for both is 12 seconds... there is some inconsistency between the sheet and reality.

Camural did a test of the Raven and the Warlock before, the range of the Warlock's EMP was definitely further (at least previously...I would expect it to still be so, but, we need to test it empirically, ha ha)
