Just had a quick look. Deleted user folder, imported layout from live.
Menus looks polished.
Managed to take off in my eclipse from new babbage. After a few seconds my guy got out of his seat on his own and fell to death. PTU baby!

Not everything for 3.11 is in this version of the PTU yet since it's the 1st patch of it. I suggest waiting a couple updates.
Sounds like your char was eager to TESTify his flying prowess to the crew at the local space bar a little early. Oops
Been testing this in EVO for a bit...if you are looking to find bugs and or test the patch, jump in now. There are still deadlock issues with the server, but the more people testing, the faster we can confirm bugs. If you are just looking to fool around and see what’s changed, wait.
I never play the PTU any more - the finished alpha builds are buggy and frustrating enough as it is, what little time I have spare for SC I want it to be stable so no PTU for me!!!
Live 3.x.0 can be frustrating. The workarounds you learn there, remember them, the can come in handy with newer 3.x.0 patches. 3.x.1 starts to look more promising.
