On deeper thought it is amazing how we all get along in some places, queuing at red lights, agreeing to drive on one side of the road. Then you go to some countries, and they ignore the rules. When I was in Oaxaca Mexico in 2006, the locals had a mini rebellion and the council/cops all stopped work. Folk still stopped at the red lights. We only had to leave when the military flew in to retake the city
