I don't have any CCU's to upgrade into a Carrack, but here is where I got mine. If all else fails, you can melt ships to get the bundle & then during the anniversary sale upgrade the other vehicles to whatever is available to be upgraded to.

Sitting on my CCU to Carrack and don't mind poking the bull with a pointy stick to keep it moving around Was hoping to see some advances in the roadmap but its sitting still for now. Thought I could help out by submitting a ticket and offering a beer fest to the development team but Im not sure thats gonna help development. I imagine that with all the bugs that show up each patch I would be blamed for having caused the Carrack to flip over and play dead after fetching a stick for its owner.

Oh I'm jumping back into one at the anniversary sale. I've let my Carrack go a couple few times now. I think it's time she's added back to my fleet for good.
