I love that star citizen has the option to use alt z I think it is to view what is behind your ship. I think it would be cool if you could permanently put that view on a second monitor kind of like a full time rear view camera. Would this be a possible addition to the game or would it require too many computer resources?
maybe not on a second computer monitor, but maybe in the ship on the dash somewhere... like how you can change some of the screens in the freelancer
I think i readed somewhere that cryengine does not allow that setup but i may be wrong so who knows.

Not only the rear view should get the option to setup on a second monitor, also the dashboard panels. If that means that I must get a better GPU, no problem :)

Yes.. I have dreamt of a rear view mirror in Star Citizen while driving my real car... (I have the best dreams while driving).

A bunch of monitors and MFD displays would be cool but I think the real answer is a mega huge hi res fast curved monitor.
The rear view is on a button on my throttle right under my middle finger anyway.
Adding that kind of depth along with a front view at the same time is asking for an FPS hit but it can be done by the right folks.
