Lol yeah, I have been rewatching old shows since it is the off-season for a lot of TV series in the US, watched this about a month ago.
It was only broadcast once in the UK on TNX which was Cartoon Networks more grownup station which went the way of all things that I like. Saw Cowboy Beebop that got a UK DVD release, Big O which didn't and Outlaw Star which didn't...
...wait a moment... *looks on internet*
...Outlaw Star did get a UK DVD release! In 2014! Roll on pay-day
