I stayed up late last night setting up my new PC and playing one last Battle Royale match.

Hey guys, did you know that Star Citizen is fucking gorgeous!?!? I always had to have all my settings turned down and never got to experience it in it's full glory. Not only that, but when I press keys, now my computer actually responds! I can put my pip on a ship without it jerking! I might actually be able to become a decent pilot.

And here I am, stuck at work, while there are things not installed on my new home computer... This is going to be a long day.

A pip might mean a couple of different things, but in this context it's the small square that you target to hit enemy ships while they're moving. If the pip is drawn from the front of the enemy ship, that's called lead pips, and if it's drawn from the back edge of the center reticle, that's called lag pips. It equates to the same thing, leading your fire on enemies so they'll fly into your shots.

Sorry if that doesn't make sense, it's early and I haven't had my coffee. Lemme get coffee with cream, no sugar.

It's a play on words that might be getting lost in translation. Like saying, "I've had too much to drink." Sometimes I say, "I've had too much to think," which usually means I'm stressed out over something and losing sleep and/or productivity over it. And even more commonly, it's something irrational to be stressed about, just the demons in my own head. So basically, anxiety.

Anyway, I hope you get better soon! I had a friend who had a nasty virus recently that mostly affected his throat. He had a high fever for a couple days and ended up being really sick for about a week. I hope that's not what you've got, and then you start feeling better asap!

Thanks for the explanation, MZ. I really appreciate every word which lets me better understand the english language, so thank you ever so much for that! :) While I'm not first grade in writing/speaking english language I will ever remain a bloody beginner compared to you native speakers ;) But I try to - in Germany we say "am Ball bleiben", which means kind of to remain involved, to keep on doing, learning,...in this case learning english by watching movies in original language and, well, writing herein at TEST. Best way to some english vocabulary. TEST way BEST way :D
Hope that your friend is better now? That virus which has infected me seems to be comparable of that which your friend has had. It also has affected my throat, it hurts badly. Thus getting better veeeery slowly I am thinking to stay at home for two or three days more. My boss won't love it (in other words: he will hate it), but THIS one I'm better not carrying off...
