With age comes resonsibility and much finger pointing! LOL :p
Hm, sounds like any usual manager here. I for myself am living more the "team philosophy", and the team leader always can only be as good (or bad) as the team is. Sad enough, the success of the teams are mostly claimed by the bosses. Ask yourself: how successful could the boss be without his team? But when it comes to win praise, its always "me" and "I", never "we" or "us"; when its about to find guilty persons, it suddenly is about time for finger pointing and its "them" or "they" instead of "me" and "I". The bigger the company, the more usual that behaviour is. I *really* hate this, or better despise such persons/behaviour; and for sure will try to make it better if it ever will come to this.

Explain "German".... I want to know exactly what that encompasses. For Science.
I can't find that corresponding post. If you could be so kind and name me the post #reference I probably could explain what I meant by writing that. :)

oh, wait... I think this is what you mean. *Now* I know why I like you so much, @Sam K Macer . You speak *my* language. ;-)
Echt jetzt? Im übertragenen oder im realen Sinne? Well, anyway - thanks for your open words. I really appreciate - but please don't like me even more. I can't handle such very good ;)

I knew it :D

Sie scheinen gerade wie jemand bekommen Ich mag würde zu wissen . <-- Sorry for my broken German... it has been a long time.

You are exceptionally nice, unless someone messes with you... then you turn into a force with whom God would fear. Very German... my kind of person.

I've sunk a lot of time into shooters and strategy games, but more curious to hear your guys' recommendations. The bargain bin on Steam has led me astray more often than not. Not really looking for the best game of all time or something that will necessarily consume me for hours/days/weeks.
When I want to play free simple stuff, I check out what's on Kongregate. None of it's too deep, but good when you just want something to play for an hour.

If you want something fun to play for an hour world of tanks is great I think.

Ps I have not had a coffee for over 7 hours. Something is not right with the world everything seems kinda slow and weird :S

Thanks for the suggestions! I'll check them out. Not overly worried about free, just get more than a little frustrated when I buy a game that asks me to fork over another 5 bucks every chance it gets.
By all means, I'll be glad to hear more suggestions if anyone has them!

Morning. Too much alcohol yesterday, feeling a little bit wasted. This is going to be a hard working day...

In my case it seems to be both. When I can't tell how much alcohol I drank the evening befor it has to be a greater amount....
This morning at 6 a.m. I still wasn't able to walk straight, so I decided to go back to bed until 7.30 a.m. Felt better then, but far away from status "normal". Damn European Soccer Championship :D
Lunchtime; I'm just back from the gym. Had to push myself with Avila but now slowly feeling better.

Its worth it while still drinking. But the following days... I'm wondering how I managed this thirty years ago, partying from Thursday to Saturday or Sunday, some weeks additionally on Tuesdays, but still being able going to school or training centre...

The older I get, the longer the recovery is. It's almost not worth drinking these days. Almost. ;)
Cheers!
I'm older!!! No training or the wrong beer. In my life I had "the little man with the big hammer" once. That morning I woke up, luckily already packed the day before, had to get driven for 2 hours to the airport, it was 35 - 40 degree Celsius and when the plane finally landed a few hours later I could knock against my head again without a headache . The cause was
1. Croatian white wine... empty
2. Croatian red whine.... empty
3. Czech whine... empty (the Czech guy embraced his toilet all night)
4. I smoked something o_O, Croatian home grown stuff
5. I saw a matras, started to fall forward and landed

I do feel groggy next day when I drunk too much, but with only normal beer I must try hard to get that result

Thursday to Saturday or Sunday and Tuesdays, sounds like 4 days drunk, 3 days sober, good training
I never managed to that.
