The beautiful part about the F8C is that everyone can get one! All you have to do is complete SQ42 and it will be unlocked in the game. You will need to earn/pay UEC for it, but it will be attainable.

Definitely one of my favorite moves by CIG, making it available to everyone.

So Legatus they actually attribute hangar items for the level?
I have the black and gold and F8C (lame version) but they're not attributed in my hangar, do I need to click something or Legatus only for hangar attribution?

AFAIK it's not limited to Legatus, it works for all levels.
