I think he set the bar in the middle ground with that. Tasteful or funny brief nudity (PG-13 or maybe a occasional R) but not straight pron(NC-17). As for the language I do not care. Sticks and stones. Just no personal attacks which is already outlined. With the size of Test we need to keep this about StarCitizen, the game, and not delve into debauchery.

As maybe one of the more conservative members I feel like you might want some input from me. As a christian and a father (this may be one of the few times I bring up my faith here in the forums and my two year old daughter is literally sitting next to me) I try to be careful what I view and what my kids might see me looking at.

As the Head Editor and publisher of Testie Times it is ultimately my decision for what i think is ok to be put in the paper. The Testie Times represents Test as a professional org and isn't only read by test members i want it to be kept interesting and worthy of our name. The Only time i might give slack is if someone makes lore Artwork which is suggestive.

I commend you for your bravery. The fact that your daughter is with you says a whole lot. The problem comes with the interpretation of what sexually explicit content is; clearly someone thought the meme was sexually explicit. Perhaps someday you'll sit down with your daughter and explain the difference between that and freedom of the press? It's a difficult line to draw. I commend you for addressing it.
This place has been around for many years without the need of such things... there's plenty of other sites to go to if you need to get your jollies yanked. I am not terribly worried about what shows up on the forums or testie times. There is a quite effective system of censorship in my home. If the kids are around the headphones are on and I stay on things I know are safe. I have a separate room that I have the computer in and the kids don't normally hang out there. My vote goes to A.5.
