Ship Upgrade feature not working?

Hmmm, I notice that the "Ship Upgrade" button in The Hanger does not seem to want to work for me. Is there something here I am missing? Does not seem that I am blocking pop-ups.

try resetting your browser cache. usually that's the fix for me and others.

I was trying to use Mozilla, but swapped to Google and it worked fine. So, I got some going on with Mozilla, cleared the cache and still nothing. Thanks for the input guys!
