I may be stuffing the new 970 in this weekend, so I'll snap a pic if and when that happens and drop it in here.

I'll be rebuilding very soon just waiting to see what the market does this spring for pricing. Anyway here's my old build I went air cooled for a project and a bet with my friend that I could sufficiently cool with out going liquid at the same over clocking percentage he did.

Eyefinity build
Cpu: AMD FX-8151 Zambezi 8-Core Base clock: 3.6 Ghz Over clocked to 4.3 Ghz
Ram: 32 GB DDR3 2133 MHZ
Video: 2X MSI 7970 3gb overclocked I don't remember by how much
120gb ssd Boot drive
240gb ssd media storage
300gb ssd Intel enterprise grade game storage drive
Corsair professional powersupply

My basement battlestation. what do we say to the god of renovations? not today. (or next year, or the year after that....)
Not pictured: my bedroom battlestation. Dell Precision M6700, Asus Proart monitor.

How do you like your Norco 4220? Ive been looking at the Norco 4224 for a while as the next step for my NAS where I wouldn't have to upgrade for a long time after that.

also, what do you run on that box? Linux I assume? HDDs raided?

The norco server is running debian 7, RAID is handled through the Areca 1680ix card. the drives are in RAID6, two hot swap drives.

The cases are expensive (i paid 400$ for that ~4 years ago) but its been a reliable beast. you NEED to replace the stock 80mm fans though. they are very loud.

I just got a new battlestation for my rig, so I figured I'd arise from the grave to share it!

The desk is an IKEA special, but it's big enough for nearly all of my monitors! Yaay!

@Snowianth, what's the desktop you've got made from? There's a subtle fiberglass-twill look going on there that's really cool.

This is my "rig". It goes just about everywhere I do so it had to be mobile. Though the cam I used is old and doesn't do it justice.
