As i am still unsure as to if you mean pants or trousers, i googled what would be best to make either out of:

I don't think the trouser people were thinking about this - if you want trousers made of human skin, just don't wear trousers. Unless all your skin below the waist has been removed you already have a pair that you can't take off.
