I saw that, and thought it was the Terrapin first off... Am intrigued to as what it is.... 
Tug? Cargo skiff/salvage barge?
Or it's not even a ship, just the top of a tower with 4 lights on it lol

I think looking at most symmetrical vehicles in the 'Verse right now, it may be a Transit System vehicle - the trains at Lorville and Microtech, and the air busses at ArcCorp are all symmetrical so they don't have to turn around to go back the other way.

I've looked forword to that ship too, becouse it move and fly so it's defenetly a ship (you'll notic ein the video).
My first impression, also considering the sorrounding enviroments where it's show in, is that it's some osrt of salvage barge, something like the MOLE but for salvaging... maybe a little bigger, but without any other reference dimensions are hard to guess.
