Intergalactic Criminal Recovery is all what the Bounty Hunter Group is all about.
Don't think we need a sub group to a sub group.. Kind of overdoing it and make it more complicated than it have to be IMO.

We could just gather the criminals and give them an offer they can't refuse. They either join Test and work for us becoming respectable rehabilitated citizens while sharing in the earnings they bring us, or they can be handed over to the Advocacy or system police and we'll collect on their bounty.
Lol, not all bounty hunters are good guys. Some are like Samus and others are Boba Fett.
Still, this sounds fun.
How about Test Recovery of Interstellar Criminals? It reads better as the acronym would be TRIC. Also, playing along with the name, TRIC could do things like host a lottery and announce winners, some of them being wanted criminals so that they'll show up to collect the prize and we collect our prize.
HAhahaha, forgot about that scene. I should go watch the series and movie again.
