The spaceport ship services at Everus Harbor have to be Test members. I see no other explanation. This lad has great things ahead of him.

It's a new technique to dissuade pad rammers. If we park it upside down, It looks like someone has already hit it.
"The ship isn't upside down, the landing pad is!"
I don't see any anomaly in it: there is no "up" or "down" in space after all ...
This way anyone screaming "Death from above!" will be shooting at the underside of the Pad and the ship will be safe.
That looks like a perfect 2 point landing to me.
Another TEST success. It takes finesse to do that and not blow up!
