I think we should find a jump point that isn't registered, fly the fleet through it, and then lock it down and keep an entire section of the Verse for ourselves. Just a suggestion.

Off the top of my head some criteria that will determine where clusters of TEST people are:

• Jump point size and number.
  
• Surrounding systems and their characteristics.
• System security level either game or TEST created
• In system activities such as Mining, Racing, Missions and how much
  
• NPC population number
• The Market in system - good or sparse
• Hand in hand, repair and refuel facilities close by

Ultimately though if the systems work like CIG wants we may be able to take a backwater system and build it up by our activity. NPCs will come in and establish new businesses and opportunities for us. More NPCs adding people and features to the system. So that may be something to think about.

They also spoke once about turning additional character slots or accounts into NPCs. I wounder would those NPC stay on all the time. Would it be possible down the line for those who take advantage of this to use those characters as security in TEST controlled space.

i belive that we should do two things

!.) search for jumppoints that are filled with resource

2.) steal UEE ships and make ship repairs and shit in them

3.) come out of wildspace and take over as many systems as humanly possible

4.) Become the greatest superpower the galaxy's ever seen!
