it's a photoshopped and rephotoshopped and rephotoshopped image of a taxidermied cat i've been shooping since like 2009. i've been using it to "avatarfag" on ATBBS clones and chans for years and at this point i have tons of these little shoops and i have a reaction image for almost everything now. initially i just it was a funny picture and made a great "blank stare" reaction image that worked for lots of stuff, but then the shooping became a funny inside joke and i've been running with it.

This is a picture of Li Tobler by H.R. Giger. Renowned for his design work on the original Alien films and Dune.
His style is pretty dark and unwholesome but I love the films he's worked on. Hopefully there'll be some biotech ships in the PU :)

If you don't recognize my character, you need to go get yourself some learning. It's Spaceman Spiff, a sub-character from the comic strip Calvin and Hobbes. He was almost always featured as an adventurer and explorer, 2 of the things I look forward to most in Star Citizen.
