Ha. True fact. At the end of the day, the studio still makes its money. :p
I think its a symptom of modern society, all this bitching and complaining and entitlement. And the media/propaganda/marketing folks have learned to tap right into that. Kudos to them.

I know at least a few of us will have Makos... how many of us in Test?
Is anyone thinking about organizing our *in-game* media assets, like Supreme does the Twitch streamers and Black Sunder does the Rock Raiders?
How can media, propaganda and marketing help this particular org (and, like the RR, a lot of this is conjecture until CIG fleshes out the Mako's abilities and info-running mechanics)?

I'll keep streaming regardless, but it'd be nice to contribute to the org, ya know?

There isn't really much of a game for us to make plans for at the moment. But have no worries, when there is we will be all over it.

So as of now, we are just relegated to shitposting forums and the subreddit. Which we do frequently in glorious fashion.

RussianJ, do you have any plan or structure or vague idea for using this above mentioned news crew and ancillaries for the advancement of Test? (Not trying to put anyone on the spot, just want to know about things and join in)

While I do realize that we don't have Makos in game yet and I do realize we are limited in our expression of enthusiasm for the game and our Testies, I am hoping to see some planning for in-game, active media production.

I'm kinda dreaming of being the org that produces the widest and deepest coverage of Beta and release, of seeing the Test watermark on dozens if not hundreds of videos linked in game magazines and interviews as the pace ramps up.

We have some fantastic streamers (the best, in my opinion) in the widest band of timezones. We have some fantastic graphic artists... can we start getting them together and building the Test brand *in-game*? (and here I'm thinking specifically about Test events in game with streamers dedicated to recording and commentary, not directly involved...)
