Reading it again, I think I misunderstood. Sounds like all CCUs will nave an extra $5 cost, but if you melt a CCUed ship, you will get the extra $5 back as credit. There is some "balancing" excuse that seems really weak, so this fee looks (to me anyway) more like a way to discourage CCUs and a cash generator. The melt and CCU game might be coming to a close... bummer.

Man, that's a bummer. I've been waiting to pick up a dedicated fighter for my fleet but $275 is too rich for my blood.
