The Nautilus will most likely be part of SQ42, so it's a possibility.
Well I do se the similarities in the shape but neither does the size fit if you compare it to the pedestrian in the silhouette picture nor do I see a hint of the massive chin mounted 2xS7 turret there.
But hey, maybe it't the Nautilus Sports Edition that dropped that weaopon for a fuel scoop.. :-)

My mistake, I wasn't meaning to say that the Nautilus was in that image, just that I'm sure that it will be involved with the war against the Vanduul at some point based on its lore.
