That appears to be designed for use on a current nautical vessel, and not very well designed for that purpose.
For example if you are standing at the helm, you can't see the display or easily reach the IPS joystick, needed for docking, which is usually done from a standing position for better visibility.

For Star Citizen this one still reigns supreme. https://imperatorworks.com/index.php/iw-j20 (Though the Pro looks the part the J20 is the better choice. :) )
