@August does it only happen when you have 1password installed?

I know you showed it using iCloud instead, but just wondering if maybe 1password changed some system setting to enable itself and this is causing Safari to bug out.

I’ve tracked down the issue; 1Password is fine but Safari also can store site passwords which sync through iCloud. If I delete the stored Safari password then the prompt goes away.
