So basically, spending a lot of money earns you the right to spend more money? And at the same time, it's a "we don't want your money" at people who haven't spend a lot of money already? I'm just... I don't seem to be able to wrap my head around this. On unrelated note, this popped in my mind:
No, you get to spend your money too. It just allows people who have spent a crap ton already (and thus are likely to spend even more) to buy it one day early.
