My name is Ltwoffy, a fine name I may add.
It's a Name that carry both my name and rank of desire.
But when I checked my listing/Acc I had a unexpected promotion to captain. O the horror. I can't handle this extra responsibly and the possibility of needing to change my name to Cptwoffy So please admirals I beg you for a demotion back to lieutenant in the most dishonourable way as to prevent unexpected future promotions

I do fully support his demotion though, but because that's not doable, let's just eliminate his rank altogether.

The only way to avoid this sorry state of affairs is to take on added responsibility and do a good job. For example, Glorious Leader Montoya holds the lowest rank in the org: Glorious Leader. It's ok it's a field promotion as the current captain appears drunk an inept. You won't have to change your name, it won't be permanent, just till he sobers up.
