Ben has already said the new mining ship isn't the Terrapin but something completely new. It was in an RtvV a couple weeks back.

While I would love the Buccaneer to make a surprise showing, apparently its still a few months away from actually even starting the concept phase.

Good sir, any ship is suitable for ramming when you are in TEST Squadron. It doesn't matter which ship takes more damage, the important thing is the damage.

i don't remember hearing/reading something about suicide... only ramming XD
and if your ship survives the first round you always have a second chance... or third ..or fourth ... or how many tries it takes until your not capable of moving anymore XD

i think of the terrapin as a professional tool for testies. It's for the good pilots. Those who never miss their targets...... you know.. crashing into targets XD

Apparently six ships in the concept pipeline, should be around one per month.

Off the top of my head that's the Buccaneer ("OG" Cutlass, pirate interceptor), Dragonfly (space motorcycle/snub fighter/armored boarding suit depending on who you ask), Prowler (stealthy Tevarin EVA boarding ship), Polaris (RSI corvette, replacement for the now Frigate sized Idris), the Small Mining Ship, and......?


Well, I dunno about the last one. Could be a surprise ship like the Sabre that just pops out of nowhere.
