If you see anything about one of the Origin 300 series of ships having a bounty hunter role, you would do better to ignore this. The 300 series is due a rework and no one knows exactly what will come out of the other side.

Also: the Avenger Stalker seems to be a cheap bounty hunter option. No idea if its good though..
Avenger over all is a very nimble and pretty fast ship and it do have good enough firepower
It might not be as good as a Sabre or Hornet fighter but it is not far of and in the right hands it is seriously lethal.. :beers:
I would say with a very good Avenger pilot it will make even a well equipped good Sabre or Hornet pilot to be cautious whether to attack or get the F* out of there rather than stay and fight..
The Avenger is actually a damn good ship for it's size and prize IMO...

The Mustang Beta is the only real explorer "RV" like ship in it's size
It have a jump engine, extended scanners, bed, kitchen, sofa, toilet, closets, drawers and a big-screen "TV or monitor"... a real Flying RV
Even got little Cargo space..

I am thinking about getting an Avenger Warlock or Titan, but for piracy
Well Titan is a cargo huller, Stalker is the police model with jail cells, and warlock with EMP and no cargo or very little..
So it depend on what you planning to use it for first and mostly...
They are as good as identical in handling and flight... as in armor the Stalker have best armor and weapons at the moment but think that will change to eventualy...
But to keep in mind they have said it will be modular so like the Cells will be removable at some point,
and or most likely same will be with the other parts as EMP or have it all empty as Cargo space...
When this is to be tho is not been mentioned..

But if you look at 3.0 coming up I say you got most use for Titan or the police version Stalker of the Avengers and stalker do have some cargo space too.. not only jail-cells in it lot less tho but it got some..

Problem with the Warlock IMO is that it cuts of all power on it self too when using the EMP,
so unless you have backup that attack your target when you used the EMP it is pretty self destructive on it's own LOL
Tho a very very good pilot can use it when flying solo but it is nothing I recommend doing with it unless you use it to get away..

Well sad thing is effect of EMP from warlock last very very short time so have to be some serious planing.
We have us it a lot in combat flight night and it is pretty handy the times it do work, but the timing have to be absolutely perfect or it very fast become really messy.. ha ha ha
In my opinion if you got a overabundance of money you can buy a warlock for it is not a cheap ship,
compared to the other Avengers and it is a ship you most likely wont be using that much.
Maybe having the Stalker and a CCU to the warlock in account hangar or in buyback for later use..

Well if you go in head on target maximum speed then decouple and POFFF the EMP you float/fly buy and are out of the way before target can recover if anyone is coming behind you close enough full speed but out of EMP when it goes they have the perfect oportunity to cause serious damage before target recover.. this usually work pretty okay... ehum.. usually ha ha

Again, I'll just re-iterate that the Avenger Stalker is the premier single-operator bounty hunting craft. Not only can it be operated solo, it is also a real agile fighter and can mount great weapons. It is also fast. Did I mention, it is pretty fast!
The Cutlass Blue will be the premier *multi-crew* bounty hunting craft. It will be awesome, but, you will need at least one, and 2 or more extra crew would be better.
As others pointed out, the Cutlass will likely see a price increase soon...
Don't forget, you could buy the Avenger Stalker now, and then work your way up in-game and buy the Cutlass Blue!
