ha ha, as if anybody "owns" anything in Star Citizen at any time

A fundamental truth though not only applicable to Star Citizen.
After all, the only thing ripped from our hands are wisdom and knowledge and a little whack to the head with a blunt object and even those might get erased.
But since that implies that nothing we have is eternal let's just enjoy what we got while we got it.
That's the lesson I conjured from crashing all my stuff anyhow.
It's probaly Zen or something...

I don't know when the wipe will be, but what's the point of getting in-game items with a wipe around the corner. It seems like a bad time to celebrate with free goodies that you'll get to keep for short amount of time.
