What about you? What are your preferred ships or gameplay options?
In general, I find cargo hauling peaceful, unfortunately CIG has nerfed trading for quite a few patches. I've heard rumors that will be fixed to a degree soon though. Thus I enjoy ships that can do that well, like the Maxx, C2 & eventually BMM when released. I suspect that it'll be quite interesting to be walking around the in ship bazaar watching the players & NPC's purchase various things from the shops. I'm honestly hoping that I'll be able to discuss things with the patrons to learn what sorts of things they're looking for, so that I can better learn what items would sell in which markets better to be prepared for them in future stops there.
I'm definitely looking forward to the dev's flushing out exploration, I'm a long time fan of Star Trek. So I've got a 315p, DUR, 400i, 600i Exploration & Carrack ready to go.
I also think that bounty hunting could be a series of fun adventures to embark on. Which is why I've got the Avenger Stalker, Hawk & Cutlass Blue in my hangar waiting for when we'll be able to capture bounties alive for that bonus rep & payment. I'm not sure if there will be any sort of larger prisoner transport ships though since the Blue can store somewhere around a dozen individuals at a time.
I love the "luxury" aesthetic in ships when available, so I've gathered a number of the Origin ships & have an original Emerald Phoenix bundle in my buybacks to restore when possible.
At some point I'll most likely get into mining, so I'll pick up a Prospector eventually. I currently have a Roc so I'll have a way to practice until then.
I'm hoping that eventually CIG will put both swimming as well as fishing into the game.
As you might be able to tell from this, I've got my shiny gold Space Marshall armor shined up for special occasions & have felt the call of the F8C for a few years. LoL
