As a community marketplace which is usually players helping players get the thing they want at cost-price with low-to-no mark up, in the past it was found newbies were sometimes on the hunt for bargains to vanish once they had what they wanted and then be seen reselling the ship for a profit on other markets. Not nice. Because of this you may find sellers are reluctant to sell to newbies without them investing some time in being part of the community here on the forum, or proving they are already invested in the Discord or other parts of TEST with a known member vouching for them.
You may find a seller happy to go for it, however given the nature of this forum marketplace, it is less likely.
