Fun looking traces!

Maybe you could melt it down for the precious metals... Just throw it in the oven...

Now if only you had an antique motherboard to go with them...

The funny part is these cost a lot compared to modern ram. This might make someone around he super happy haha. I do legacy projects all the time so I know how much they really try to over charge for these on line these days. (old file servers and dos boxes for old old games if you were wondering what kind of legacy projects)

GF's father has a stack of computers powered by these beauties (well not exactly these ones):

12 WHOLE Kilabytes of memory. More than a person could ever need. Funny thing is he has even older stuff.

you might not need a bigger space check to see if there is a local hackerspace
I just mean in terms of having an office or basement to have it properly setup. Currently in a 2 bedroom apartment with a roommate so space is limited.

Next time I visit his farm, I could take some pictures of his old computer stuff and share it. The ferrite boards are rather neat.

I've got a 300 baud acoustic-couple modem kicking around somewhere in storage. It's olive green Bakelite.
