I somehow have pinched a nerve, probalbly. Hardly can move my left arm; hurts like a bastard.

Pinched nerve (numbness or "needles and pins" sensation) can be caused by spasm or sprain. Heat to relax muscles in spasm, ice to lower swelling in case of sprain. If you don't remember doing anything to cause injury, I would bet on spasm. A heat pack or a hot water bottle may provide some relief.
Feel better. Outer space needs you.

Done that. Plus 800 Ibuprofen. Seems to work, hurts much less today. :)

Well, Tuesday. Seems to become a quiet day because almost everyone is on business travel. Loooots of time for shitpost, erm, coffeepost, especially because I can't do sports today. Hopefully, that it works out better tomorrow.
