Montoya is kind enough to supply me with some TEST patches. Everyone that lets me know they are a TESTIE in the order notice will get one.
*(as soon as I get them and they are in stock)
Awwwww, just missed that, hehe.

But, ima happy wit dis one!... And the Haribo Bears!
Bigger than I imagined, but it has to keep the force sensing stick from moving

For this mount, I asked the producer.
You need at least 30mm from the edge under the table-plate.
When you don't have the space of 30mm it won't fit for a good holding.
I got the problem with my table, cause it's a construction table with a heavy-metal chassis where the table-plate is mounted on.
And the space from the frame to the front-edge is just about 20mm.

So this very nice (and very pricy) mount is no choice for me.

@Iffadrim depending how the top plate of your desk is mounted to the frame you can buy a good solid MDF or other material board, cut it to size +the 10 or 20mm and mount it on the frame.

MDF shouldn't cost too much and cutting it to size just takes a little effort.

@Seagon

I am currently on something different for my HOTAS to get it mounted.
The table is not good for it so I have to go a different way.

I got a IKEA buero chair whos got armrests on both sides who are mounted with two M8 fine-pitch threads.

And now I am building with construction-wood a T.
The vertical board will be the part who the screws will be mounted to fix them.

And the horizontal board will be the place where the HOTAS will be fixed on it.

When I am finished, I will post a foto.

With the HOTAS mounted.
And the other pics show how this is constructed.

Its not my mainsolution, but it works.
And when I got the time, I will blunt the edges, cause of the small man.

Looks nice!!!!
May I suggest a small improvement? I started to use the chair mounts because on the desk the flightstick and throttle were just too high to be comfortable. By mounting your stick and throttle on top of the armrest, this height will be sustained. I found a perfect height when I hold stick and throttle while my arms almost rest on the armrests. Try to lower the top plates so you will get a more comfortable height. Remove the base plate of the flightstick and mount it directly on the top plate so you can position the stick in front of your armrest, as close as possible against your right leg.
Since you used wood for your mounts, this won't be such a big problem.

Here are a few pictures of the mounts:

The position of the flightstick on this picture is good, the height could be a little bit higher so your arms are free from the armrest when you pull back the stick.

I can't lower the upper board because they are mounted on the original armrest after removing the leatherpillow on it.
I tried it without but the mounting on the seatbase is then not good enough.
I wanted the best possible stability because my child currently hangles on everything.
I want to remove the plate of the stick, but forst I have to get srew with the correct size and length because the board is nearly 2cm thick.

hmmm, ok, that makes sense. What about cut an edge out of the top plate, (it then gets a L shape) and make a 2nd level, lower. The top plate can be used as a mouse pad and the stick gets lower.

The same principal as this from MONSTERTECH

I did it the other way, first I had the stick mount, later I added the top plate for mouse.

For your construction you got the advance, that your armrest is plane.
My armrest has a curve, so the board is a bit more comlicate to put a screw through.
To make the upper board lower I would need a special saw I don't have.
All boards have been cutted in the market.

My first idea was to build a cnstruction out of metal connected with plasticedges, but that was to heavy and expensive.
The wood and screws I bought was about 30€.

Yup, to make this construction you will need a jigsaw or even better, a buzz saw. Unfortunately that you don't have any available :worried:
