TrollsNews provided some useful PSA videos which outline the difference between a hater and a troll, and the types of trolls. Think of VA and the reactions to VA while watching them...

RS --- Had something to do the the Org's reputation and something called a 'lag switch'. That is the rumours around the beer cooler.

The RS drama had nothing to do with Lag Switching. Lag switching is not possible in Star Citizen.
