The Hammer being used in SQ42 would definitely make sense to me. I was disapointed with the segment on the 890J as well, because I expected that they would be much further. This being said, we know that they are basing a lot of the creative decisions of how it will be based on the 600i & they showed us a lot about that. I'm choosing to apply what they showed us of the 600i towards what the concept of the 890J was in hopes of getting a better mental picture of how it might turn out & I'm loving that image.
From personal past experiences in drafting & computer modeling using both AutoCADD as well as Revit, they can quickly design anything based on saved feature nodes that are shared with other designs. It is a lot like playing with Legos where you design the types of blocks you want, you can use them whenever you want & modify them however you want. They have shown us this time & again in the recent vids. Please, keep the faith, things will get better faster now that they have many of the major building blocks in place.
As far as them removing the buy back system, I don't see that happening before the full release of Beta at the earliest & they are a long way from that presently. Until this past CitizenCon, I had nothing in my buyback area & had bought most everything in cash. I plan on spending the next year gradually buying things out of that area as best I can so that should they announce that they will be removing that function soon, I won't be as stressed out. This being said, I still have many things that I plan on obtaining before that point & I'll be using that as a means to achieve those goals.
