States That Drink The Most Beer

I feel like NC is underrepresented here. I'm pretty sure I downed more than that during our last fire pit night.

I might be wrong, but I thought most in the Carolina states drank more moonshine than beer.

Depends on what you're doing really. I try to stay away from moonshine when I'm doing things like mowing.

Yeah, whenever I'm in a Fred Meyers or a Haggens, I see people mostly buying six packs of wine. Washington just has too many wine drinkers for its own good, even though WA wineries are some of the best in the world.

On a completely unrelated note, when I was in Asheville last weekend I got some really good pineapple moonshine from a family friend. It's strong enough to strip the paint off a battleship, but the pineapple really mellows it out enough to make it enjoyable. Fantastic with some Cheerwine.

On a completely unrelated note, when I was in Asheville last weekend I got some really good pineapple moonshine from a family friend. It's strong enough to strip the paint off a battleship, but the pineapple really mellows it out enough to make it enjoyable. Fantastic with some Cheerwine.

Take that as you will, I personally view all of those that do their best to make quality moonshine, especially through traditional methods, to be patriotic historians of a nearly lost heritage. Cheers to them & those that help them keep the heritage alive!
