Yeah, it's in the additional notes section in the patch notes:

- Your friends in-game will be linked to your Spectrum friends in the future. Currently, your Spectrum friends list and the list of your friends in-game coexist independently of each other.
- When the game is integrated with the Spectrum friends system, your in-game contacts will not be copied to your Spectrum friends list.
- Use this transition period to add your in-game contacts to your Spectrum friends list.

I heard the same somewhere ... hopefully by that time they will allow at least 800 friends ) ( we definitely need 80000 for TEST but I guess it will be 4.2 not 3.3 :) )

Well yeah I've added a couple.. the old list is like full... so hope this spectrum one have a higher limit like no limit. . :P
