3.5 seems to be the patch everything is being pushed to. Thats a whole bunch of stuff to all get done for that one patch...
It's because it's stuck in the "dev stream" thing that CIG is also sorting out so they can have more stability on their side and that too won't be done till 3.5.

WOW, your internet connection is worse than mine, also, I first copied the PTU data.p4k to the LIVE folder. Verifying 70MB, ready, go... no-go, my wife's amd cousins birthday today.
I litterally have no idea why it does this. I've got a decent 8mb connection (advertised as 16mb but we don't live in a city so that explains that) but i only get about 400kb download speed.
Mrs'BobFace is a constant video stream viewer though, so we are likely capped. Whatever 8 hours of video streaming is per day, that's what we use. We probbably eat Terabytes of data a month.

The squeaky wheel gets the grease. though I loathe complainers, when you are paying for a service, sometimes it does help to let them know you're not recieving it. There are times they can help. Just kill them with kindness or you'll get nowhere.

I got all depressed when I check the public telemetry. CIG has slapped me in the face and stated that my old MSI laptop that once managed gaming well enough, it a piece of inadequate shite.
Turns out an MSI GS702QE with a Maxwell i7 and 970m is only good for 25fps.
So now I have to wait to get paid by my film script commissioner so I can upgrade to a stallion of a desktop. I hate wait!
For now its low fps in low settings for me. Feel my pain, won't you TESTies?
