I had the same problem with downloading the Demo.
Okay if you have the Legion of Dawn edition, you have to search on your Origin app in all games (not your games but all Origin library) for Anthem.
For the Anthem where the title is horizontal on the thumbnail.

Click it, and then click the Try now button to Download the VIP demo.

To get the invite codes if you bought the game, login to your matching EA account and go here
