Yes, but the vulcan just refuels, it doesn't harvest or refine, which offers limited resupply. Once the kegs are dry, everyone goes thirsty.
I think Aegis is getting ready to move into the industrial market more.

The Avenger was sold as a failed paramilitary design--failed only for the lack of armor I think, but considered perfect for police use. The Vulcan is surely a military design. Remember, the C-5, C-17, C-130, C-135, C-141 are all military craft, despite they are cargo and tankers. Most of USAF planes are not combat, but military transport craft. They are indeed built to very different specs than most civilian aircraft. Thay are not built to take hits, but they have milspec requirements.
I don't know of any non-military refueling craft. Seems to me Vulcan has military written all over it. Even commercial ships do not refuel at sea. They use ports. Refueling ships at sea is a military game.
meh, aegis isnt STRICTLY military.... they make civilian adaptations

Would Aegis make a Mech Suit?
In keeping with Aegis's military tradition let me be the one to say that the new ship will be the Aegis Inebriate, a star-faring safe haven bar for military types to unwind in after a hard day's duty. Say hello to our new command ship.
Im thinking the Titan suit. Its set to be completed later this year anyway...
With Ageists history of supporting the Messer era with things to hurt people/other species with it wouldn't surprise me but I was wondering if there would be a totally independent manufacturer for these things...?
