I live in the future, I am downloading 3.7!
You will need the latest launcher:
- Version: 1.2.0 Url: https://install.robertsspaceindustries.com/pre-rel/RSI-Setup-1.2.0.exe
It has a tab for LIVE and PTU.

Just uninstalled PTU launcher and installed the new launcher. It's reporting 11 gb to download.

Oh boy! Tell me what features they held back! If I know anything from the movie I just watched in the theater last week there will BE NO CONSEQUENCES WHATSOEVER!
Yup, that's huge, I guess I won't be playing it until after work tomorrow. There should only be about 3822 more updates between now and then.

Spectrum feedback is interesting. Apparently there is now one shield to rule them all.
Nice bug Ive got. I cant get back into 3.5.1 after getting into the PTU, it just hangs now.
I guess that is one way to get me to keep testing PTU!

Thanks for this, the PTU launcher they linked in their PTU Account email was *old* ... like, 1.0.3 or something....sheesh...
I'll wait for the PU, I don't have two days to wait for that chunk of game to download :)

There's a trick for that someone told me. I'm sure someone is this thread does it and can explain it better. You rename the PU folder to be the PTU folder, and the launcher only pulls the files it needs instead of the whole thing.

Just copy your "LIVE" folder, paste it in the same directly and rename it "PTU".
So Program files > Robert Space Industries > Star Citizen > LIVE will now also have a
Program files > Robert Space Industries > Star Citizen > PTU folder in it.
The launcher then checks your PTU folder, sees that 5gb of files are not there and patches 5gb instead of 60gb
Surprisingly stable except for the quantum bug being back (you need to spool before pointing at the jump). Hover mode needs a lot of work, it seems worse on ships with VTOL.
