OR... just look at the #media channel on our own fucking discord which is flooded with every image on this topic!!!!I just found this through a simple google search that was posted on reddit.
That would be about as easy as a TESTie choosing to bypass the TEST stein by chugging straight from the keg until it's floated.OR... just look at the #media channel on our own fucking discord which is flooded with every image on this topic!!!!
If you ever played Freelancer there was a minefield around the penetentury. Also the mines in the image apper to have some kind of maneuvering thrust rig in the middle. Self guided mines, like Magnetic mines in the sea. Theroycraft, ofcourse, but an autonimous self guided bomb would not be outside the realm of possibility.A mine layer/mine sweeper?
Seriously? What's next, carpet bombing space?
Never played it. Like "interdiction" it doesn't make much sense for "hard sci-fi."If you ever played Freelancer there was a minefield around the penetentury. There was interdiction in Freelancer too, but they used Trade Lanes that you had to stick to to get anywhere fast. Technically speaking Interdiction should be able to work if you put your trap on a popular traffic lane, for instance between Loreville and ArcCorp. Going from one rest stop to another should never result in an interdiction as it's such a rare route for anyone to use and would be a waste of time to camp... unless they have been tipped off and know you are coming ;-)Never played it. Space is vast. Everything is moving. At interplanetary, much less interstellar distances, travel lanes are impossibly large. There was interdiction in Freelancer too, but they used Trade Lanes that you had to stick to to get anywhere fast.
