Protip - stay out of Youtuber Drama. Your channel will live a lot longer, look at Grade A Under A or whatever his name was. Huge, for a while, then went down the rabbit hole and has not released a video for years.
EDIT - Just looked, Grade released a video 4 days ago. It may have all blown over for him then, but for a while that went all sorts of tits up. The latest video says it's been 3.5 years.

If you have noticed, we moved away from that a long time ago.
80% of the time it turns out that the person suffers from some psychological problems, best strategy is to leave it and let them sort out their life.
This is a good thing as it should be. Sponsors should always be free to be choosy in who they associate with. Sometimes it does take a while but the system does work.

At the same time you should see he wasnt trying to be humorless as we are an org that frequently talks about drinking and being stupidly retarded. The braincells thing is more of a knock at the humor we have here at TEST then you in general and the sweet child is the fact you where simply unaware of the bullshit we had here and you were a "virgin" so to speak i.e. prepare your innocence to be ruined. Assumption works both ways. He didnt suggest you had missing braincells or a child as a literal sense. It was a tongue in cheek phrasing.

Few things to take into consideration.
Non-native English speakers like me (English is my third language) will often take things literally. Tongue in a cheek jokes, based on group history and cultural background might and will be lost and message can be understood in different context.
Human communication is based on non verbal communication. Solely written text is probably hardest medium to convey message, that could be taken differently when voice or voice and visals are presented. Joke on forum, with no additional indication that it's a joke can be taken seriously.
People differ in what they find funny, don't assume everybody have same sense of humour.
Most importantly, do not assume I'm innocent ;)

Well then know that you shouldnt assume someone is trying to be an asshole about things. Its better to assume you misunderstood and ask for clarification then to automatically get offended and assume the worse. No one knows who you are and how you work, same goes with you not knowing how other people work in this org etc. Assuming just makes an ass out of you and me as the saying goes. The vast majority of people here in this org know an understand how tongue in cheek works and we all talk in that manner a lot. If you get offended every time something like that happens then this org may not be for you. Understand that no one here intentionally is trying to insult anyone even if it may, "seem" like it. Because if someone does try to personally attack someone I promise you they wont be here any more as no one in TEST tolerates personal attacks. TEST is very very big on tongue in cheek humor.

@Tei for what it's worth, I've gotten to know @Montoya well enough to feel confident in saying this. This is a misunderstanding caused by the lack of emotion and humor conveyed by text. Montoya has a very sarcastic sense of humor which over text could be taken the wrong way very easily. But I will tell you that based on my personal experience, he would never be that condescending to anybody. You don't know me anymore than I know you, so from one stranger to another, give him a chance, he's good people.
