Don't you mean the fiery wreck as the test pilot forgets about piloting on his mission to grab a new beer from the cooler and accidentally collides with you?
In that case, let me introduce you to a handy-dandy nearly indestructible interstellar beer coozy with golden TEST insignia over a black background. Just remember, the way to make it work best, is to hand it to a fellow TESTie before you show off your stuff while saying, "Hold my beer & check this out." Failure to do so will lead to beer spillage. (Doing so will lead to beer drinkage while the action is being performed.)

Well that feel more like this:

I think is a little too much engine and too less ship in this case...😅
I see that you found the origins of Drake Interstellar's design of the Herald.

Yeah I agree, the entrance looks much more serviceable now. I may be wrong, but it also looks pretty clear now that there are 2 levels, instead of one, as before. The area under the pilot area looks like a corridor with the hexagonal shape, as that's the shape of the corridors inside the ship. Or perhaps that second level is just a larger "smuggle hold". Either way, I prefer the older concept look, but if this means added functionality and QOL, I'll be happy with the chunkier one.
Also, they could have made it look sleeker than it looks, even with more space. Some of the angular decisions, the shape/lines of the wing could have been smoother and sleeker. However, my guess is they didn't want to completely upstage origin, cause the concept did look higher quality, and sleeker than any origin ship, now, not so much.

Well they make it fattyer for sure, it's more hight and a bit llonger on the actual hull section...
I wonder why they simply don't scale the whole ship up keeping the original slender shape instead off making it fatty like this...

@Dibs actually the SR is suppose to have only one deck plus the service corridor structure underneat it, not two proper bridges, I wonder if they actually change this idea after the last interior update a couple of month ago (may be more....) or they just realize that the cramped corridor whare too small to fit somenting and they need to increase the hight.

For sure with the actual hight this ship feel capable of accomodate at least 3 deck: the main one at full ship-lenght, a lower one with cargo and some mantenance corridor, and a small living upper deck with the top turret access.

Hmm that has to be a really beefy landing gear to require and entire bulb to be added underneat... or they re-plan the underfloor corridor and make them extend further on the front (becouse it doesn't seems that that part is used for something else....)
