Just joined up TEST as a new member
I hail from Durban, KZN, South Africa, where we chow bunnies and biltong, and have lekker braai's.
I've been a follow of Star Citizen from its inception, only backed around 2015 though with a measly Aurora, and upgraded to Avenger Titan abut 2 years back. I've been a fan of Wing Commander back in the days where it was new tech to have videos of actors in games. I have had a hit/miss experience with the different version of SC as it released and often skipped months between playing again. With the release of 3.15 things definitely look set to start playing more, and join an org that is active. I have been playing 3.14 a little bit over the past two weeks and have hardly seen many people online, although that's to be expected as I move around a lot on missions. I have been doing delivery missions a lot, but want to try anything and everything the game has to offer. FPS, Mining, Dogfighting, bounties, Cargo trade, Medical. Salvaging, Fleet Warfare
I started playing games when I was around 6 years old, back in 1979 or so.......first game I remember playing was Space Invaders and Breakout on Atari 2600 home system, and Pacman/Donkey Kong/Moon patrol in arcades. PC games didn't exist then :P
I have been a gamer ever since and have had many different generation consoles and PCs.
Currently play a bit of Star Citizen, Forza Horizon4, American Truck Sim, Snow Runner, The Ascent, Diablo3.
I used to play a LOT of GTAV, Battlefield 2, COD 4, BF 2142, BF3, BF4, BF1 and EVE Online and have made some videos on my gaming channel...but kind of stopped that now.
I first heard of the Org on YouTube from Montoya's vids . I watch a lot of YouTube. Plus, weren't you guys in EVE online? :P I may have seen you but I had to ignore.
I usually use Gory51 as my in game name on most games, but with SC I didn't want the numbers, as I wanted a plausible sounding name/handle so went with plain Gory as my handle
Well that's my story, and my wife says I talk too much.
TLDR: I'm new, I'm old, I played a lot of shit, and I want to play more shit.
