I do expect a much deeper and in depth Squadron 42 dive this year. They have been focused on it all year and if they do not show the goods, there will be riots in the streets of Lorville.

Hmm there maybe more then a single unannounced vehicle in there: if we take a look at the picture of the possible "future" vehicles we see:

- Possible the Expanse

- ???? (maybe the new ground vehicle CIG spend some time redoing the speedometer recently???)

- Spartan

here I can only see 3 different conceptt for the hoverquad instead of 3 different ships...

So considering that in some case there are more ship done in the same category I can see more then a single new JPEG...

Each column is a variation of the concept. So column B turned out to be the Mule. The other pictures are proposed chassis for the Mule which did not make it.

I bet ya a case of beer that this years citizencon is much the same as last year. They show a little about pyro that will exit once server mesh is complete but we will not be stepping foot in pyro until next years citizencon and sq42 from the road map is still 3 years away.
Reasons for this outlook

• They are moving offices which is always disruptive
• This year they shifted development focus to bring online sq42 dev items first before bringing them to the pu. This lag is not yet fully felt.
• They just implemented object persistence for the pu which is needed for before they go multi server which is the next step in there road map of server mesh.
• The game servers are maxed object container streaming frees up some resources but no where needed for pyro on the same server.
• Sq42 road map still shows most of the chapters still in significant development. They are also not going to show us sq42 until it’s playable as they really don’t want to spoil it.

Perhaps this is the year they finally reveal the novelty weapon TEST Weapons Research Lab TP-20,000 toilet paper gun? All the tech is there for it, Cloth Deformation, Wind, Multi Layer Cloathing,...it just has to be built!

Single seat Xian tech integrated bomber, top one from D.
Or
Heavy 2-3 seat navy bomber, bottom pic (think Broadsword from Wing Commander) . Although we already have so many military ships I don't see a need for it.
The middle one just looks boring.

About the rest of the show, what @Bambooza said a few post above. Reality hits the fan and all we get is same old nada. And a bunch of disappointment that there will be no big secret reveal of anything, just likr a regular monthly update on progress.

Of all things, this is what I expect least. I think they are going to save it all for once it goes to internal beta and they start their advertising push for it

With the Whip Crab being the last thing shown in the Devs SC show I get the feeling this CitCon is being geared up for a Pyro Intro especially with Jax buggering off there last year. He should have some tales to tell on his return.
