Both Idris have cargo spaces. Idris P has double the cargo space. But the ships sit in the landing pad and that should be the only thing there.

Well with the announcement that Alpha Access will no longer be a matter I melted my Super Hornet for a Sabre.

The mule actually goes on the underside of the ship not the Hangar. its and auxiliary ship (as in its embedded into the hull of the ship).

I'm thinking about getting the Sabre package for the LTI and then upgrading the ship to a Connie. Not sure that really makes sense? I like the idea of having LTI on the more expensive ship. Or would it be better to upgrade it to the Retaliator?

Retaliator over Connie any day.
That's just my opinion though, depends what you aim to do with it.

Retaliator seems like it will be more flexible unless I want to do exploration which then the Connie wins.

while its always dismissed as not important or needed I think having LTI is a nice thing to have on a ship you paid cash for
