If you're lucky, taking it out will have the ursa in the cargo bay. If you're not, the ursa will spawn below the connie, and trying to move it will result in "Warning, you're obstructing an active flight bay", the rover will despawn and you'll get crime stat. Happened for me a few times, fun...
